A person with a cat are enjoying the scenery on the boat. They do not have to think about anything right now; not a single worry crosses their minds. They can simply float along with the boat on the water and let go of all their burdens. The weather is not particularly clear, but that is okay because moderately cloudy skies allow them to see their surroundings better. If it were too clear, the person would be blinded by the glare and unable to see properly. If the weather were too rough, they would have had to return home without taking the boat they wanted today. Our lives are much the same. If intense sunlight poured down, we would not be able to see far ahead. If foul weather persisted, we would not want to go outside. A moderately cloudy day with occasional sunlight is the best for viewing both the immediate surroundings and distant landscapes.
